- Chusky (Chow Chow + Husky)
A lot of people aren’t fans of larger-than-life dogs and may consider a crossbreed to find a smaller size of their favorite breeds, but the Chusky goes in the opposite direction and believes in the ‘bigger is better’ notion.
To put it simply, the CHusky is huge– and that’s just the way we like it! Combining the Chow Chow with a Husky means you can have a fierce, yet overly fluffy doggy that everyone is going to want to pet. He’s a true fluff ball with fur that seems to be never-ending, but his eyes are all Husky.
The chusky is still not known to many people and is a relatively new crossbreed. The physical features of this mixed breed can vary largely and thus each chusky is likely to have a different look of the coat, color, weight, and even height. However, with both husky and chow chow having a thick coat, chusky too comes with a very heavy thick coat that is quite attractive.
Other than the coat, the chusky ‘s intelligence is another thing that is worth mentioning. It is smart, active and a caring family dog who can be best suitable in cold climates.
